How to have a flat belly ?

Having a flat stomach without (too much) effort is possible. You just need to integrate a few good habits into your daily routine to start an effective weight loss process.

Get rid of stress

Stress and anxiety can be the source of a bloated belly. To remedy this, give yourself a break. Meditation, sport, spa treatments… anything that relaxes you is beneficial. Controlling your breathing is also essential to prevent your stomach from swelling. You need to be aware of your breath by drawing in your stomach when you exhale and not by pulling it out. By breathing correctly, you are strengthening your stomach without seeming to do so.

Have good eating habits

A balanced and appropriate diet is essential for a flat belly. It is important to drink water and green tea which is known to burn fat.

You should also include fibre in your diet which is known to accelerate transit and promote the elimination of toxins. Another slimming ally: probiotics. They are found in dairy products such as yoghurts and fermented milk. But also soy sauce!

It is also important to opt for vegetables as they are rich in insoluble fibre which can be difficult to assimilate, and this can lead to a reduction in their consumption. However, they provide a host of minerals and vitamins. Their fibre has the ability to accelerate transit and the elimination of toxins. Prepare blended soups (not overcooked), juices (the centrifuge eliminates the fibre), and think about lacto-fermented vegetables rich in enzymes. As for grated carrots or beetroot, macerating them in vinaigrette a few hours beforehand will make them more digestible.

Work your ABS

In order to obtain a flat abdomen, you will need to do some sport regularly. To target this area, you will have to do abdomen and muscle toning sessions. These methods have proven their effectiveness if they are regular and associated with a balanced diet.
